+ How do Chinese names work?

• Chinese as a culture values family deeply. That's why the order of a Chinese name is "family name + given name", which signifies family before oneself

• It's most common for a Chinese name to have two or three characters. In rare cases, four characters is possible as well

• To introduce the family name, we say: 我姓 (wǒxìng) + family name, which is often followed by 我叫 (wǒjiào) + full name

• We use 你叫什么名字 (nǐ jiào shénme míngzi) to ask someone's name

+ What's your creative process?

• First, you will fill out a name registration form and give me 3 keywords that represent your personality traits

• I then search for a list of characters that are similar to the sound of your original name

• Out of those options, I pick the characters that best match your personality

+ Can I get a refund if I don't like the name?

• Unfortunately this service is non-refundable due to the feature of digital products. I can only promise I'll try my best to pick a unique, beautiful and meaningful name for you
